Kaila, a tool to boost your Innovation Fund project

Kaila, a tool to boost your Innovation Fund project

On 16 November, join the Webinar organised by ZABALA Innovation, that will provide you with the essential keys to present your project to the Innovation Fund’s call for large-scale projects.

The Innovation Fund (IF) has just opened its second call for large-scale projects, with a budget of 1,500 million euros. The main objective of this €20 billion programme is to bring innovative clean technology projects to the market, i.e. low-carbon emissions projects.

One of the most demanding criteria in this call for proposals is to demonstrate the innovative nature of the projects. You can count on Kaila to reach the required degree of excellence; Kaila’s functionalities will help you carry out a more concrete analysis of the state of the art.

On 16 November, Javier Morentín, Product Owner and CIO of ZABALA Innovation, will participate in the Webinar which will be held in English. This specific session, aimed at European companies that wish to present their project to the Innovation Fund, will help you develop your project. A practical session will also demonstrate how Kaila can help you with the state of the art of your project, explain how to carry out a technology watch, efficiently analyse the market, identify innovation trends, etc.

Leonardo Casado, Head of the Energy area at ZABALA Innovation, will present the main novelties of this second call for large-scale projects. Ils Moorkens, Senior Researcher in smart energy and Metin Bulut, Business Development Manager for sustainable chemistry, from VITO (research centre for sustainable technologies) will explain the services they provide in their fields. Ana Martínez, Researcher at Repsol Technology Lab, will present a success story through the milestones of SUN2HY, a small-scale project from the company, SUNRGYZE (jointly created by REPSOL and ENAGÁS), which has been financed through the Innovation Fund. It is the first deployment of a pre-commercial plant for hydrogen production based on photoelectrocatalytic technology.
