Calls calendar generator is a feature available to all Kaila users.
All users can generate unlimited call calendars, including users of the Kaila Basic plan. Even when the trial period is over, you can continue to enjoy this functionality.
1. Log in to your account at my.kaila.eu
(If you are not registered you can create an account for free here).
2. Go to the section “Calls Calendar“
Generate a full calendar
3. Click on the “Full calendar” download button
This way you will get a full calendar, with all open calls, in all programmes and in all areas. Each funding opportunity includes the code, title, opening and closing dates and a link to the Kaila website where you can consult the complete information. The document is in .xlsx format, fully editable. In this document you will be able to download all the results found without limitation.
Generate a customised calendar
4. Click on the “Customised calendar” download button
5. Enter the keywords
Enter the keywords of the area you are interested in and click on the “Generate calendar” button. You can use the advanced options to refine the results.
6. Download your calendar
Below, you can download two types of documents: Opportunities report and Calendar of opportunities.
Opportunities report
This document contains a list of open funding opportunities based on the keywords entered. It includes all the information about opening and closing dates, characteristics and description of each funding opportunity. The document is in fully editable .docs format.
(The number of results is limited to 20 showing the most relevant ones).
Calendar of opportunities
This document contains a list of open funding opportunities based on the keywords entered. Each funding opportunity includes the code, title, opening and closing dates and a link to the Kaila website where you can consult the complete information. The document is in fully editable .xlsx format. In this document you will be able to download all the results found without limitation.
